Customized Service Process

Sample stage:

1. Customers send customized styles and details. And confirm the required fabric.

2. We provide color card of fabrics for customers to choose from.

3. After the customer confirms the fabric, color, and style details, we will produce samples.

The sample completion time depends on the craftsmanship and complexity of the style, and will be completed within 7-15 days.

Sample confirmation stage:

1. After completing the sample, we will take pictures and videos for the customer to fully inspect whether the sample meets the requirements.

2. If the sample does not meet the customer's requirements. We will continue to make modifications to address areas of dissatisfaction.

3. After the sample is satisfactory, we will send the sample to the customer by express delivery. Enable customers to confirm the entity.

4. After the customer is completely satisfied, proceed with the bulk order.

Bulk order stage:

1. We first confirm the customer's order quantity and the quantity of each size.

2. Before the bulk production begins, we will produce a second sample for customer confirmation.

3. After customer confirmation, we will produce the bulk order. The production time for bulk goods is within 25-35 days

4. After completion of production, we will conduct quality inspection and quality control.

5. Finally, after confirming the quality and quantity are correct, we will notify the customer to complete the order and make payment.

6. We ship the goods to the location specified by the customer.
