1.  Screen printing

Screen printing refers to the use of screen as a substrate and the use of photosensitive plate making methods to produce screen printing plates with graphics and text.  In China, screen printing has a development history of more than 2000 years, and the sandwich printing method appeared as early as the Qin and Han dynasties in ancient China.  Its advantages lie in strong adhesion, clear patterns, soft layout, small printing pressure, and large printing area, making it more popular among consumers.  Moreover, it has a favorable price and is the preferred process for most group customized clothing.

2.  Digital Direct Spray

With the continuous development of computer technology, digital printing has emerged, which can be edited and processed through computers, greatly reducing production time.  Under normal circumstances, customers can select the pattern and fabric, and the finished product can be obtained in 1-2 hours.  Processing does not require water resources, and the production process is more environmentally friendly.  Digital direct printing offers a wide range of colors, using four-color and spot colors, and can print 16.7 million different colors to meet people's personalized needs to the greatest extent possible.

And the printing color is rich, with dark and light colors to choose from.  For white clothes, light color direct spraying is preferred, and the printing color is not limited, without obvious glue feeling;  If printing patterns with rich colors, dark direct spraying is the first choice.  After printing, the color reproduction is high and there will be no large base color.

3.  Embroidery

Machine embroidery products have strong practicality, a wide variety of colors, varied needlework, novel patterns, and rich colors.  Automatic embroidery machines have faster production speeds, such as the Japanese Tajima embroidery machine, which can store 30 different patterns and can enlarge, shrink, or change direction.  With 100000 stitches for three-dimensional embroidery and six processes, the stitches are fine and soft, and the woven patterns are three-dimensional and glossy.  It can also be supplemented with printing techniques to make customized patterns more diverse.  It is not recommended to embroider extensively on summer clothing as it may reduce the wearing experience.

4.  Hot stamping

The advantages of hot stamping business are good adhesion of pigments after printing, clear graphics and text, and accurate color matching.  The surface of the pattern is smooth, does not fade, the handwriting lines are clear, and the Ke style hot stamping pattern is realistic and can even achieve photo effects.  The pattern is washable, non cracking, and has high fastness, but it has poor breathability and a plastic covering feeling.  It is suitable for making patterns with full layers and delicate colors.  Among them, sublimation hot stamping is only suitable for light colored and white polyester fabrics with large pattern areas and bright colors.
